Ready for a little more independence while still being part of the ETBU community? University Apartments provide on-campus apartment-style living designed for upperclassmen who want the convenience of having their own space while staying connected to campus life.
Each apartment features four bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and shared common space, giving residents room to study, relax, cook, and spend time together.
What You’ll Find
University Apartments offer a comfortable combination of private bedrooms and shared living spaces. Each bedroom includes a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet space, while the apartment includes a full kitchen and shared bathroom.
Community & Experience
Living independently doesn't mean living disconnected. University Apartments host events throughout the year that bring residents together, including video game tournaments and movie nights.
UA residents also help create campus-wide traditions, including the annual Drive-In Movie, an event that brings the entire ETBU community together.
