Dr. Britney De La Rosa is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Christ-centered nursing education. She is a lifelong Marshall resident and a 2014 graduate of the School of Nursing at ETBU. Her dream has always been to return to the Hill since her graduation.
Dr. De La Rosa has worked as a nurse in the hospital and home health settings. She advanced her education at Texas Wesleyan University, earning a Doctorate in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Throughout her advanced career, she has demonstrated versatility and expertise in primary care and occupational medicine, serving as a trusted provider. She also served as a nursing adjunct professor at ETBU prior to becoming a full-time faculty member.
Dr. De La Rosa, her husband, Juan, and children, Thylia, Gabriel, and Adrian, reside in Marshall and are active members of River Crossing Cowboy Church.
Dr. De La Rosa approaches patient care with a holistic and relationship-centered perspective, integrating evidence-informed practice to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. Her passion for sharing knowledge and providing compassionate care drives her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients and students.
