Students who receive federal Title IV funds (Pell, SEOG, TEACH, PLUS, Perkins and Stafford Loans) as part of their financial aid package are required to complete a Title IV Authorization form. This authorization will allow any excess Federal Title IV program funds after tuition, fees, and room and board, to be applied to other allowable educationally related charges (books, supplies, insurance, library fines, parking tickets, late fees, and others) while attending ETBU. This agreement will remain in effect for your entire academic career at ETBU. You may, at any time, change your authorization by providing written notification to the ETBU Financial Aid Office.
