Steps to Receive Financial Aid

 Step 1: File Applications

  1. Complete the Application for Admission and Financial Aid online or print and return the completed form to the Admissions Office.

  2. Complete the Title IV Authorization form.

  3. Create a FSAID for student and parent at https://fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm.  The FSAID is required to complete your FAFSA and studentloans.gov.

  4. Fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online.  Be sure to include ETBU's school code: 003564.

  5. Complete Verification, if your FAFSA is selected, by returning the Verification Worksheet (located on the Financial Aid Forms page) and all other requested documents to the Financial Aid Office.

You must be accepted to the University and have submitted a FAFSA before the Financial Aid Office can assess your eligibility for financial aid.

Once these items are complete you will receive your award letter.  Proceed to Step 2 for accepting and securing your awarded financial aid.
