East Texas Baptist University invites the community to its Fall Choir Concert on Thursday, October 10, at 7:00 p.m. in the Great Commission Center on the ETBU campus. Under the direction of Dr. Pat Antinone, Director of Choral Activities, the ETBU Concert Choir and the Hilltop Singers will perform a selection of pieces highlighting the rich intersection of worship and performance.
"This concert is a celebration of the spiritual and artistic expressions that choral music uniquely offers," Dr. Antinone said. "It's an opportunity for our students to share their faith through music."
Cathy DeRousse will accompany the performance, bringing her exceptional artistry to elevate the musical experience.
Dr. Douglas Lockard, Dean of the School of Communication and Performing Arts, invites all to attend the free event, saying, "This event not only highlights the talents of our students but also reflects the heart of ETBU's mission to glorify Christ through the arts."
