The Business Office mission is to provide friendly and efficient service to ETBU students. We are dedicated to maintaining accurate student accounts. Each staff member is genuinely concerned about each student's individual needs. Our staff is prepared to answer any questions regarding a student's account and assist in the resolution of any problem that may arise.
We encourage students to become familiar with the policies set forth in the University catalog regarding charges, refunds, and payments. These are the official policies that govern student accounts.
The Business Office responsibilities include providing bills to students for tuition and fees, room and board, and posted financial aid. The Business Office is the primary location for all payments, on account or otherwise.
