If a scanner or fax machine is inaccessible, please use a smart phone to send a picture of the photo ID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Allow at least three business days before the transcript is needed for processing.
*During peak times at the beginning and ending of a semester the process may be delayed.
*Holds on a student’s account may prevent the student from receiving his/her transcript. Holds may be applied for any of the following reasons: unpaid bill through the business office, incomplete exit loan counseling through the financial aid office, parking fines, etc.
