Creating a Photo Album
One of the more useful modules in the CMS is the photo album. Photo albums allow visitors to see multiple images on one page. You will need to set up an image gallery for the photo album to work.
Creating a new photo album
1. To create a new photo album, first click the "New" button.
2. Then, select "Structured content". Then click
3. Next select "Photo album". Then click
4. Fill out the name and properties of the Photo Album leaving the title blank.
Note: There are tutorials available for navigation text and the properties menu.

5. Click Finish, and your new photo album is ready to be edited.
How to setup and edit a photo album
If you click the new photo album, you will see this:

You will notice that there is no direct edit bullseye on this page. This is a structured content and must be edited from the explore window using the right click menu.
The edit screen for the photo album has three sections: source, overview and detail.
Source

Title: Leave this blank.
VFS Gallery: Click the yellow folder on the right and navigate to the image gallery you wish to use.
Align Photo Navigation: Set to center.
Navigation Position: Please set to above the bottom text.
Show resource name as title: Never select this.
Overview

Show Title: Only select if you have provided a title for each image.
Align Title: Set to center.
Display Columns, Rows Per Page, Thumbnail Size: These setting work together. There are a few things to consider when seting these up. First, your content area is only 630 pixels wide. This means that your displayed columns times the width of your thumbnail size can not exceed 630. So you could have 3 columns of 200 pixel wide images or 4 columns of 150 pixel wide images. The rows per page is subjective. You must balance the number of images per page with the number of pages that the user will have to view. 5 - 6 page is about the limit.
Hight Quality Thumbnail: Always select this.
Filter Effect: Leave at none.
Background Color: Set to white. Click the paint bucket to the right of the field and then select the white swatch.

Top Text, Bottom Text: These areas are optional. Each one can be activated by clicking the plus sign that appears when you hover over the bullseye to the right.

After you do that you will have an editing area to place a welcome or a description about the photo album.
Detail

Show Title, Show Description: Select these only if you have provided a title and desctiption for each image.
Align title, Desctiption: Please set this to center.
Show Link To Original: Never check this.
Size: This is the size of the image in pixels. Your content area is only 630 pixels wide so please set it to the 600 X 450 size.

The last step is to add a title to your page in the property menu.
You should end up something like this.
