Every file and folder can be have properties added to it.  One of those properies is navigation text and navigation position. To access these properties we turn to the context menu.  Right click the file or folder you want to edit the navigation text on and select Change Navigation.

The Change Navigation Menu

Here you can choose what text will display in the menu and in what order the text will appear. The order is an insert after statement. If you wanted to instert a new link before Faculty Senate I would choose to insert after Deans Council.

Note: Navigation Text should be the title of the page unless the title is very long then it will need to be shortened to 3 to 4 words to fit in the navigation.
