Our Program

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a four year program. Our pre-nursing program consists of two years of basic science and liberal arts courses. These courses are to prepare you to engage the advanced learning required within the Professional Nursing program. Many of these courses as well as others from other schools, community colleges or universities can be transferred in to facilitate students’ transition to our program. The opportunity for learning that is offered in the Professional Nursing program is focused on building clinical knowledge, skills, and wisdom to be applied as a professional nurse in a variety of roles and environments. How to Get Started

“The ETBU Nursing Department has not only provided me with the learning materials needed for nursing school, but with various tools that will be used in every aspect of my life. Working well with all personality types, being prompt, and effective communication are just a few skills that have been reiterated throughout my experience in the program. The faculty and staff go to any length to ensure your personal success in all classes and take the time to build up each student with encouragement and support.
