Stanton Nash
Stanton Nash hails from numerous cities across our nation including Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Honolulu, Hawaii; Atlanta, Georgia; and San Francisco, California. In 1975 he began studies at North Texas State University in Denton, Texas where he earned his Bachelor of Music Degree. In 1982 he graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Music.
Mr. Nash has served as Music Minister in several churches in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Other musical interests include playing and teaching violin and piano. As a conductor, Mr. Nash has had the privilege to direct many community and professional choirs and orchestras -including a performance of the Texas All-State Strings in the Myerson Symphony Center. He has also served as vice-president and president of the Longview Symphony and has assisted with the formation of the Longview Area Youth Symphony Orchestras.
Mr. Nash has been married for twenty-six years to his wife Debbie. She is a gifted artist and a professional interior designer and Registered Accessibility Specialist. Their son, Stanton III, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is a professional actor in Chicago. His daughter, Emily, is a junior at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri studying broadcast journalism.
