This questionnaire was created to evaluate the effectiveness of the current music education curriculum at East Texas Baptist University. Please thoughtfully consider your responses to the following questions, and answer as honestly as possible. All efforts will be taken to ensure your anonymity. As a way of saying thank you, we will take the names of all people who completed a questionnaire by May 15th and draw for a free flash-drive.
