Why did the system log me out?
For security purposes, the system is set to log itself out when no action or movement within the program occurs for 1 minute.

When I try and login, I get an error message stating that my "User validation has failed." Why can I not login?
You have entered the wrong student id or pin number. Please try again, and if you still have problems, contact the Office of the Registrar at 903.923.2064.

While viewing my grade report, I notice some courses do not show a grade. Why?
The courses for those grades have not been entered and submitted. Please check back at a later time to see if the grades have been entered and submitted.

My instructor recently changed my grade. Why does is not show through the 'Grade Report' feature?
If the grades for the term have been posted to your transcript, all grade changes will be reflected on the transcript, not your grade report. The grade report remains unchanged as soon as all grades have been submitted and entered for a semester.

When I view my demographic information, I notice that some of the information it displays is incorrect. How do I change it?
Please come to the Office of the Registrar to change any information that displays incorrect. We are located on the third floor of Marshall Hall.
