The Physical Facilities Department of East Texas Baptist University provides the maintenance and services necessary to uphold everyday campus life. This includes the jobs of locksmith, carpentry, electrical, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, grounds, and housekeeping.

Services outside of maintenance include energy management, security, event setups, and vehicle scheduling.
