Photography Request Form

-Jobs will be booked as they are received and will be completed by either a PR staff member or a member of the yearbook staff.

-Generally, the PR office does not deliver photographs in print form. If prints are needed, the PR office can assist you in obtaining them from a third party, such as a local photo center.

-If the event is after normal working hours (8-4:30), please be sure to submit an after-hours phone number.

-If you have special instructions for the photographer, such as specific shots needed, flash usage, directions to the location, etc., please submit this information in the field labeled “special instructions.”
