Loan Counseling

 Entrance Counseling and MPN 
If you are a first time Stafford Loan borrower at ETBU, you must complete the online Entrance Loan Counseling as well as an online Master Promissory Note before funds can disburse to your account.
 
The U. S. Department of Education will serve as your lender for the loan, rather than a bank or other financial institution. You will be asked to log in using your FAFSA pin number.

Exit Counseling
Upon leaving ETBU you are required to complete Exit Loan Counseling before a transcript can be released. To complete the counseling, choose one of the options below.
