ETBU does not endorse the following outside scholarships - they are provided as a list for possible sources of scholarships for students.

• East Texas Communities Foundation Scholarships - a number of different scholarships available for students from the East Texas area
• Abbott and Fenner Scholarship Program - Scholarship deadline is June 14, 2013
• Stay Fit In College Scholarship - Seven $700 scholarships awarded for the 2012-13 year
• Mary Hill Davis Ethnic Minority Scholarship Program - scholarship administered through the Baptist General Convention of Texas
• College Plus Scholarship Contest - online conversation-based Christian scholarship with many prizes in addition to the scholarship
• Grants, Scholarships, and MORE - online search tool to help you find aid that you qualify for
• B. Davis Scholarship - essay scholarship open to high school Juniors, Seniors, and current college students
• Wischer Educational Foundation Scholarship - Scholarship for Texas residents demonstrating academic potential and financial need
• Student Saver Scholarship - winners chosen based on facebook responses to questions asked by Degree Directory
• Tuition Won't Stop Me Scholarship - scholarship awarded based on the discussing the cost of attending college
• Leon Bradley Scholarship - scholarship open to students with diverse cultural backgrounds who are seeking teaching certification
• Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Program - scholarship open to students studying in the life science field
• The Urban Scholarship Fund - scholarship given by TADC to Texas residents from 29 cities enrolled full time
• 2013 Longview Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Program - open to high school seniors whose employers or parents' employers are members of Longview CC (please review the complete guidlines here)
• LM Scholarship Program - 3.0 minimum GPA requirement (deadline: May 31, 2013)
• Community Volunteer Scholarship - minimum of 10 non-paid volunteer hours during the last year (deadline: June 1, 2013)
• Sedary & Associates Scholarship Program - awarded based on answer to essay question (deadline: June 15, 2013)
• Lift Parts Express Scholarships - open to high school seniors-college sophomores (deadline June 30, 2013)
• Black and Lee Scholarship - open to students 20 years old or younger (deadline: May 15, 2013)
• Caretenders Scholarship Program - open to students attending an accredited institution (deadline: May 31, 2013)
• Krill Oil Scholarship - heart health essay scholarship open to students with a 3.0 (deadline: July 5, 2013)
• Fifth Month Scholarship - fun essay scholarship open to U.S. students (deadline: May 31)
• Campus Discovery "Advice to Your High School Self" Scholarship - essay scholarship open to students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college (deadline: July 31)
• The Home Security Scholarship - $1,000 essay scholarship given twice a year (deadline: June 30)
• A&F Business Consultants Scholarship - $1,000 essay scholarship (deadline: June 14)
• The Search Scholarship of Las Vegas - $500 short response (deadline: December 15)
• Big Sun Scholarship - $500 essay scholarship for athletes (deadline June 21)
